Shipping

Processing time
The time between when you order and when items ship out can vary. It is usually between 1-3 business days, but may be longer during a sale or busy times of year.
Estimated shipping times
Canada: 3-7 business days
United States: 1-3 weeks
Europe: 1-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-5 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them, as delays can and do happen at customs, and mail volumes can also effect delivery times.
Customs and import taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Customs, duties, and taxes are levied by the country being mailed to, and are sometimes issued randomly. If you are ordering internationally, be aware there is a good chance you will need to pay duty and a handling fee to your local carrier. I am not able to pay these for you, and it is a felony to falsify customs declarations to avoid these fees. 

Returns

Returns/exchanges accepted on unworn/unwashed items. Please send me an email at poisonpear@gmail.com to let me know if you need to exchange or return something, and I will give you mailing instructions. 
Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

Custom and personalized orders

Don't see the right size, or want something in a different colour? Get in touch, I can most likely make one to your specifications.

Please note that I do not offer custom prints or design work at this time, nor do I do corporate t-shirt screen printing.

Sizing details

In general, my women's clothing sizes are as follows:

XS = US size 0-2
S = US size 4-6
M = US size 8-10
L = US size 12-14
XL = US size 16-18
2XL = US size 20-22
If you are unsure, or outside these sizes, get in touch for more exact measurements, or made-to-measure options

Care instructions

Clothing: Machine wash in cold water, and hang to dry. Iron med-low

Infinity Scarves: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang to dry

Button-up scarves: hand wash cold, roll in a towel to remove excess water, then hang to dry

T-shirts: machine wash cold, tumble dry med heat or line dry

baby one-pieces: machine wash cold or warm, tumble dry med

hats: machine wash cold, hang to dry

 

Gift wrapping and packaging

I can absolutely wrap that up and send it directly to your loved one!

I use brown kraft paper hand stamped or screen printed with various designs. Let me know what the occasion is, and I'll wrap it appropriately :)
