Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via Canada Post within Canada, USPS to the US, and Ascendia for international.

Items will not be considered lost in transit until 30 days within Canada, or 60 days for US and international orders, has passed. The exception would be for Xpresspost service, which has a guaranteed delivery date. If something is list in the mail, I will reship if possible, or refund your order if reshipping is not an option.
